2/3: if you look for a cheap way for transport you might want to take a look at flixbus which is a privat provider of long distance bus transport. train rides should be more comfortable, however a bit more expensive. as we have also members from austria you might as well find someone to join a ride from vienna.

I'd rather say 23:00 or a little later, because regular DTH-concerts usually start at around 21:00 and last a little over two hours.

...but there are also no standig tickets near the stage available at the moment.

Concerning your Ticket Problem:

If you do not have a problem to act spontaneous, try to find tickets at ebay kleinanzeigen or visit the facebook event group. I alway made excellent experience with those facebook event groups (dont know the correct english translation for "Veranstaltungsgruppe"). Got some tickets for Depeche Mode and Coldplay because people had no time anymore to visit the concert. Most offers will be put online 1 or 2 days before the day of concert. A view into those groups is defenetly worthwhile. Maybe you are lucky, but you have to be a bit risky.

But I guess that the poblem will be that the seller is wondering if somebody from russia is asking for the ticket. Maybe they think it could be a problem to deal with somebody from a foreign country: long time to send the ticket by mail, problem with paying (if they don´t accept paypal) and things like that.

Nobody could say GoPro is not a problem, because video cameras ar not allowed. Maby you have luck, no risk no fun.
Usualy smal pocket cameras without mega zoom are allowed.

Selfie sticks are allways forbidden in any larger concerts
